though they make you look kinda stupid wearing them. haha. click to enlarge. sorry it's not very clear and you'll probably ruin ur eyesight trying to read it. but it's cool. alternatively, you could drop by your local guardian pharmacy and see if they sell the eyewear there. that's where i got this leaflet. you can actually see clearer with the eyewear, as compared to without glasses.


basically it works based on the scientific principles of pinhole effects and it's supposed improve your myopia, astigmatism and presbyopia. here are some exercises which are supposed to improve your vision: palming and colour days
