new year resolutions
1. eat faster. if you guys see me chewing slowly or something, feel free to remind me to eat faster.
2. use the stairs more often instead of the lift. i really need more exercise, with my lousy health and all.
3. really study hard this sem. my mom also told me she wants to see better marks.
4. don't be so lazy. at this rate, i won't be able to hand up a second draft for foundation pharmacy. damn. and i still don't feel like doing it.

back from 10 days in the land of dryness during fly season. i got split ends after 3 days there, but i'm due for a haircut anyway. my fingers smell of garlic again. accidentally eating chunks of garlic make me feel like vomitting so i like it fine.
anyways, i was the official map reader for the trip. i never read a map before this (not properly anyway) so we got lost quite a few times at first and my dad kept scolding me coz i couldn't give instructions properly either. i got the hang of it in the end. but i hate all the roads which don't allow right turns or left turn. it's so annoying to go up one road, discover you can't turn when you want to, and then have to figure out another route. i hope never to see another map in my life.
visited sea world, movie world and wet n wild at the gold coast. there are people walking around movie world dressed as movie characters. while my brother dragged me off to the lethal weapon ride for a second round, my sis, mom and dad saw edward scissorhands. and none of them told me abt it until we'd already left!!!!! my dad had the camera with him but didn't take edward coz he said he's ugly. :( then i lost one ear-ring at wet n wild. it would be ok if it was just silver..but it's white gold. my ears are allergic to silver. at least they used to be. now i'll have to try and see if i can wear my sister's silver, otherwise i'll have to get a new pair of studs. other than that, the gold coast was the highlight of the trip. :)
